Again and again…

…When you have repented and turned to me again says the Lord. We can only love Him with ALL our heart. His eyes search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are truly committed to Him. Even evil king Ahab – one of the most evil of Israel’s kings – who saw miracles in battle and had the words of the Lord delivered through prophets – dishonoured God in many ways especially idolatry. But when he was told how God would punish him, Ahab humbled himself – “put on sackcloth” – and even slept in it. When God saw this, He spared Ahab in that He changed His mind about the punishments. So we too must bear fruit with repentance.
