1 Corinthians ch.15 tells us that something happens to the body that is raised from the dead. The same body that is sown (i.e. dies) is raised. The natural body we’re born with dies and is raised – but when it is raised it’s changed into a spiritual body. The resurrected body is different in its abilities and qualities. However, it is the same body as before – only improved or glorified.
Jesus is still a man in heaven in the same earthly body bearing the wounds of crucifixion. He said, “See my hands and feet”. His body is equipped to be both in the spiritual and physical realms.
Scripture interprets itself. It can be understood according to its literal sense. It must never be interpreted in any other way. However, “The natural man does not recognise the things of the Spirit of God, for they’re folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.” (1 Cor. 2:14).
You need the eyes of faith to understand resurrection!
